So here's some picks of the changing room and showers/onsen area. Oh and a pic of the outdoor onsen. These are pics of one of my favorite onsen in my area in Gunma. ^^
These pics where also taken when no one was there other than Rebecca and me.
My life in Japan through JET; realizing a dream.

Hi there Jandra
I googled Kanna-machi (for reasons too dull to go into just now) and came across your blog. Well, what a surprise ... I am in fact a former resident of the house you are now staying in! I was the JET ALT in what was then called Manba-machi, from 1993 till 1996. I loved my time there. I absolutely LOVED it.
I am so glad to see the place still has an ALT - especially given the small student count. It's gone down quite a bit since my day, and it was small enough then. In fact, when I was there, for my first two years I was shared between Manba and Nakasato - and Nakasato was the smallest place in the whole JET Programme with a JET participant. Then, in my third year, Nakasato got its own ALT and I was exclusively Manba ...
Anyway. What a fantastically nostalgic moment for me to see your blog. I'll be returning regularly to see how you are getting on. I still think often and fondly of my time in Japan, and I have no doubt some of my former colleagues are still kicking about, causing trouble!
I would be delighted if you would email me: my address is iain.g.morrison@ntlworld.com.
Many thanks, and watch out for thos e Manba/Kanna PTA enkais! If they are anything like what we used to have - the sake will be flowing!
Take care
Iain Morrison
